Annual Parish Meeting
The next Annual Parish meeting will be on TUESDAY 21st May at 7.15pm at the Fontwell Community Centre.
Please join us for refreshments from 6.30pm.
If driving, please be considerate to our neighbours. There is no parking permitted along Old Bottle Way, though there are a few spaces available at the building itself.
This is an open forum where members of the electorate may discuss any issue. It is

By law, every English parish must have a parish meeting. It consists of the local government electors registered for the area in which it is held and must take place between 1 March and 1 June.
It is convened by the Parish Council and is presided over by the Chairman of the Parish Council.
The meeting held in Walberton Parish is now called the Annual Parish Meeting and a notice asking for agenda items is posted on our notice boards about three weeks prior to the meeting. An agenda showing the time, date and venue is posted 7 days prior to the meeting.
Local organisations are invited to make presentations (maximum 2 minutes each) and there is always an open forum where members of the electorate may discuss any issue.
Please contact the clerk to request a presentation slot or add an agenda item.
